General conditions

• The check-in / check-out time will be agreed at the reservation phase;
• Binding reservations must be accompanied by a payment of a deposit equal to 30% of total price;
• The deposit must be paied through money order or bank transfer, while the balance will be paid on arrival by cash or cheque, together with the delivery of the keys;
• The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation;
• In case of late arrival or early departure the entire stay will be charged;
• The house rules in force must be respected, the property cannot be sub-leased to third parties, failing which the contract is terminated;
• Any damage to the apartment will be reimbursed by the host.

Services offered

• Sheets, towels and kitchen utensils, crockery, LCD TV, iron and hairdryer are provided;
• The area is full of shops and stores: supermarkets, street markets, pharmacies, banks, cinemas, pubs, wine bars, internet point, bar, pizzerias, restaurants, gyms, parks and historical villas within 300 meters from the building;
• Due to the apartment characteristics animals cannot be accepted;
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Paid supplementary services

• A car parking within 100 mt is available, with the following timetable: from 6.00 am to 1.00 am
